Cookies & tracking

This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or tracking. Fonts, images and video previews are all served from this site, so nothing is loaded from third parties while you browse — which is why there is no cookie banner.

Embedded videos

Portfolio videos are hosted on YouTube. Until you press play you only see a preview image stored on this site. Pressing play is your choice to load YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com), provided by Google Ireland Ltd: from that moment Google receives your IP address and technical data, may store information on your device and may transfer data outside the EU, under Google's privacy policy. If you'd rather not, simply don't press play.

If you contact me

What: the name, email address and message you send. The contact form only opens your own email app — nothing is sent to or stored on this site.
Why: to answer you and, if we work together, to prepare quotes and carry out the job.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and the contract itself (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long: as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows; invoices and related records are kept for the 10 years Italian law requires.
Email to info@athosvisuals.com is handled by Aruba S.p.A., the domain's mail provider. Your details are never shared, sold or added to a mailing list.

Hosting & server logs

The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), acting as my service provider. Like any web server, it records standard technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to keep the service secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs stay with Aruba, are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

No profiling

No automated decisions, no profiling, no advertising. Your data is never sold.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format (Articles 15–21 GDPR) by writing to info@athosvisuals.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
